Congratulations to our 2025 Contestants!
Judging this year was done by Vicky Culbert from Goderich. She says,
"Thank you to everyone who entered the photo competition classes. The criteria for judging was the OHA Photography Judging Guidelines. Composition, Artistic Merit, Technical Merit and Presentation were all considered when the photos were judged. The impact and creativity was dynamic with the use of colour and lighting. 1st – (Dianne) Great composition with focus being very crisp. 2nd – (Cobe) Follow class description with great use of lighting. 3rd – (Astrid) Great use of colour and composition. |
2. "Dramatic Sky"
1st – (Dianne) Wonderful composition and use of colour. 2nd – (Astrid) Great lighting contrasts and very creative. 3rd – (Cobe) Wonderful composition. Small tips of hydro/phone wires at the bottom are distracting. |

1st – (Laurel) Presentation of Elegant Leaves with great use of colour and technical merits. 2nd – (Helen) Great focus of leaves and colour. 3rd – (Glenyce) Creative photo of the needles, very elegant in composition. |
