Reporting Volunteer Hours

Each year the Ministry recognizes the volunteer work that each member of our Society contributes to our community in the form of a money grant to the Society. In order to receive this useful grant, we must submit our total volunteer hours in several categories. To help with this, we have enclosed the following form, which is also available in your member handbook. You may submit your hours by the end of the year to Astrid or Glenyce, the 'Contacts' button to the right will take you to their contact information. You can download either the Adobe Reader file or the Word file to your computer if you wish to print it. You could, if you like fun computer stuff, fill it in there and email it in! Unfortunately we cannot find a way for you to fill it in on line. (yet!) (The .pdf file does not display non-bolded text unless you download and re-open it)
